So we went downstairs to ask the front desk to move us to an actual non-smoking room. However, when we entered our suite, we saw at least four ash trays with matchbooks in various places around the room, and the room had a subtle stink. When we arrived, the front desk staff also initially confirmed that it was a NON-SMOKING room. We specifically booked a NON-SMOKING room (which shows as such on our confirmation, and still shows that description on South Point's actual website). We booked a Specialty One-Bedroom Suite on the 25th floor, the largest and most premium room available at the South Point Hotel and Casino.
